PREPARATION

Sambal Tumis

Heat up the wok on medium heat. Add in Mak Nah’s Ibu Sambal Paste then stir evenly until fragrant. Add in some water to desired thickness, prawn and sliced onions. Add salt to taste and ready to serve.

Fried Sambal

Heat up the wok on medium heat. Add in Mak Nah’s Ibu Sambal Paste. Add salt and sugar to taste. Fry until crisp. Add in fried anchovies with sliced onions. Mix well and ready to serve.

CARA PENYEDIAAN

Sambal Tumis

Panaskan kuali dengan api sederhana. Masukkan Pes Ibu Sambal Mak Nah dan kacau rata hingga naik bau. Masukkan air mengikut kesesuaian kepekatan, udang dan hirisan bawang. Masukkan garam secukup rasa dan siap dihidang.

Sambal Goreng

Panaskan sesenduk minyak dalam kuali sederhana panas. Masukkan Pes Ibu Sambal Mak Nah. Tambah garam dan gula secukupnya. Goreng hingga garing. Masukkan ikan bilis yang telah digoreng bersama hirisan bawang besar. Gaul rata dan siap dihidang.
