ITEM DESCRIPTION

An easy to use paste for preparing traditional
authentic Fish Head Curry

 

HANYA TAMBAH AIR, SANTAN DAN ASAM JAWA!

 

PREPARATION

Mix 800ml water, 200ml instant coconut milk and 40gm tamarind in a pan.
Stir and add in Mak Nah’s Fish Head Curry Paste.
Cook on medium heat whilst constantly stirring for 3-5 minutes or until fragrant.
Add in fish head and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
Add in vegetables; ladies’ fingers, eggplant, chillies and tomatoes and simmer for another 3-5 minutes or until tender.
Ready to serve with white rice.

CARA PENYEDIAAN

Campurkan 800ml air bersama 200ml santan segera dan 40gm asam jawa di dalam periuk.
Kacau dan masukkan Pes Kari Kepala Ikan Mak Nah.
Masak di atas api sederhana dan kacau sentiasa selama 3-5 minit atau hingga wangi.
Masukkan kepala ikan dan reneh selama 8-10 minit.
Masukkan sayur bendi, terung, cili hijau/merah dan tomato dan renehkan selama lagi 3-5 minit atau sehingga lembut.
Sedia untuk dihidangkan bersama nasi.
